REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your headshots. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your AI-generated images, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided no more than 5 images have been downloaded.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Email support@covershots.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method.
EXCLUSIONS
Refunds are not available if:
- All generated images have been downloaded (more than 5 individual downloads).
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS
- You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal.
- No refund is issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.
- You retain access to all Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
TEAMS
Team purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 50% of team members have generated headshots. Contact support@covershots.ai with your team name and order details.
